Into The Forest

Inspired by the Japanese idea of Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, meaning spending time in the forest for health and well-being; this video captures the subtle sights, sounds and stillness of being amongst trees; but watch carefully for a magical transformation halfway through.

Kaze

Kaze, or wind, being one of the five elements in ancient Japanese Buddhism, was seen as a force for change and enlightenment. This video shows the effects of an elemental winter storm on a cliff-top wind vane and the beach below. The wind abates with the transition to the calm of a transcendental summer evening. This video was shown at Geumgang Nature Art Binalle, South Korea in 2018.
